    There are un-openable windows that hinder fresh air circulation, coupled with a thermostat that's stuck at 23 degrees, not exactly comfy. I experienced a power cut right during the busy holiday season, which seemed poorly timed. The washroom needs attention as the water in the basin started to clog. I also noticed that housekeeping was slow, and there weren't enough water bottles stocked in the room. Lastly, the balcony area wasn't maintained well, with unpleasant odors lingering outside.

    Front officers were helpful and friendly. I felt like a home when I was welcome by their warmness services. Rooms were clean and tidy, efficient service for housekeeping department. They have a Tuk Tuk service to BTS station. It's convenient for tourist like us. I have memorable stay with Pullman.

    everything in hotel is perfect. location is not for walk to shopping, you need taxi. 5 star rating correct. no public taxi waiting by hotel, last about 5 - 10 minutes sometimes. perfect tailor grand fashion on 5 minutes walk from hotel.

    Well located about a block outside of the noise and hustle bustle of Siam. Quick access to the bts (Metro) means you can get anywhere in the city with relative ease. Great staff made the stay a pleasure. Front desk staff were exceptional as were the friendly and attentive restraunt team. I would definitely use this hotel again and recommend to family and friends.

    Room was very nice and staff were extremely polite and courteous .The fish pond and surrounds were wonderful .

    I did not like the prices for services such as laundry and massage . In fact the charges were absolutely ridiculous and a rip off .

    The swimming pool is large and in good design. The hotel offers a big breakfast with a lot of food which are delicious and fresh. I enjoyed the sleeping there coz the bed is soft and comfortable, besides, the staff are nice to provide help.

    The hotel takes me around 7mins by walk from BTS Victory Monumnet, though Pullman offeres free Tuk Tuk, the frequency is not that high. Btw, the hotel does not provide comb.

    I have written in to Booked.net to as I felt there is a problem with the reflected score. Original feedback: The hotel design and stature as well as the the courtyard are outstanding and very pleasing. One surprise was the location. Firstly it is convenient, allowing quick entry and exit (avoiding the dreaded bangkok congestion). With the free tuk tuk service to Century Mall, it also makes the hotel very accessible to the BTS station (Victory Monument). There are also plenty of street life with local food and shopping, unlike those in the tourist-centric Sukhumvit strip. Executive lounge is well manned and well stocked. Highly recommended as a business hotel or a weekend getaway.

    the total stay was real good for a business trip. the rooms were well furnished here with big bathroom, a great view, for instance. at the restaurant, the breakfast was extensive with excellent food.

    I stayed in the Executive room with Breadfast, the room was not big , the breadfast did not provided much varieaty, very limited. then i had my breadfast on the groundfloor resturant , (for normal room guest) thee food were much more but everything were cold in the groung floor resturant, the 4 stars hotel should not be like that,, , the English of the front deskstaffs were fair I am very disappointed with so high price that i paid and got thats not value for money.i never stay in this hotel again.what i paid i can stay in a 5 star hotels in Siam with walking distant to the BTS. I will niot recommand to my friends

    The IT tecnician was very helpflu when i cannot access the WIFI with my Samsung note.He was very patient to solve the problem.
